When ordering products online there may be a slight delay in sending orders out as our local Post Office has reduced opening hours. We will endeavor to send out orders as soon as possible.
DELIVERY & COLLECT
At Iechyd.net we aim to dispatch all products on the same day as the order is placed. Orders placed after 3:30 pm will be dispatched the following day. On Sunday and Bank Holidays, we aim to dispatch products on the next working day.

When you select the Click & Collect option, please allow up to 4 hours before collecting your products.

We will hold your order for 7 days. If no one has collected the order within 7 days, we will issue a full refund and cancel the order.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
We will deliver your order to the address specified by you when placing the order.
We are unable to accept any change to delivery ounces orders have been dispatched.
It is your responsibility to make sure that someone is available to receive a delivery and sign items that require a signature.
We are not able to deliver to any PO Box numbers and we only deliver to addresses within the UK.
DELIVERY SERVICE
Royal Mail will deliver the product.
On some occasions, we will use an alternate delivery service.

PACKAGING
Most of our packaging material is reused packaging that we have received from our suppliers. We reuse this packaging for our customer orders to minimise waste.
Packaging that we frequently reuse includes cardboard boxes, padded envelopes, and bubble wrap.
Any packaging that we cannot use will be recycled or disposed of in a responsible way.
All new packaging that we use comes from responsible sources.
